These terms explain the rules for using our website and playing our games, including in-app purchases and online play.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of techousegames.online and our mobile games, including ATSS 2 Retribution, BattleZone, BattleOPS and ATSS. By using our website or by downloading, installing or playing our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our games are also distributed under the terms of Google Play or the App Store. If those terms conflict with these Terms on a store-related matter, the store’s terms apply.

2. Who we are

Techousegames is an independent mobile game development and publishing studio based at 9-H, Aitchison Society, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. You can contact us at info@techousegames.online.

3. Who can use our games

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use our games. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use of our games and any purchases.

4. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

try to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems
upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code
interfere with the security or performance of the website
copy or scrape content in bulk without our written permission
use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content

5. Your licence to play

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, in line with these Terms.

You agree not to:

copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute our games or any part of them
reverse engineer or decompile our games, except where the law allows it
use cheats, bots, hacks, modified game files or unauthorised third-party software
exploit bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage

6. In-app purchases and virtual items

Our games are free to download. Some games offer optional in-app purchases, which are listed on each game’s store page.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Refund requests are handled through the store where you made the purchase, according to its refund policy.
Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game.
You receive a licence to use virtual items in the game, not ownership of them. We may change virtual items to keep the game balanced and fair.
If you delete a game or lose access to your device, you may lose progress and items that are not linked to a store or cloud account.

7. Online play and conduct

In games with online or multiplayer features, you agree to treat other players with respect. You must not:

harass, threaten or abuse other players
use offensive, hateful or misleading player names
cheat, manipulate matches or impersonate others
share other people’s personal information

We may warn, suspend or remove players who break these rules.

8. Advertising

Some of our free games show ads from third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they lead to. How advertising data is used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Development and publishing services

Information on our website about our development and publishing services is general. Any client project is governed by a separate written agreement between Techousegames and the client. Sending us a message through the website does not create a client relationship.

10. Intellectual property

Our games, website, game names, logos, artwork, characters, music, code and other content belong to Techousegames or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission, except as allowed by these Terms. Google Play and the App Store are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our games and website without any obligation to you.

12. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or stop any game, feature or part of our website at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not promise that our games or website will always be available or free of errors.

13. Disclaimer

Our website and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Techousegames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or game progress, arising from your use of our website or games. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the game concerned during the six months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to our games or website if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. You can stop using our games at any time by deleting them from your device.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. If you live in another country, you keep any consumer protections that the laws of your country give you.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using our website or games after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
