1. Who we are
Techousegames is an independent mobile game development and publishing studio based at 9-H, Aitchison Society, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. In this policy, “Techousegames”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to us.
We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@techousegames.online or +92 313 4699322.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to our website, techousegames.online, and to our mobile games published on Google Play and the App Store, including ATSS 2 Retribution, BattleZone, BattleOPS and ATSS.
If a game shows its own privacy notice inside the app or on its store page, that notice adds to this policy for that game.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. If you apply for a job, we receive your CV, portfolio and any other details you choose to send.
Information collected on our website. When you visit our website, our servers and tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
Information collected in our games. Depending on the game, we and our service providers may collect:
- device information such as device model, operating system version, language and screen size
- your device’s advertising identifier, where your device settings allow it
- game progress, settings and in-game events, such as levels completed
- crash reports and performance data
- approximate location based on your IP address, used for things like choosing the right language or ad region
- for online multiplayer games, your in-game name and match data
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive a confirmation of the purchase so we can deliver the item to you.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- reply to your messages and provide player support
- run, maintain and improve our website and games
- find and fix bugs, crashes and performance problems
- deliver in-game items you purchase
- show ads in our free games and measure how those ads perform
- understand how visitors find and use our website, including measuring our own advertising campaigns
- review job applications
- protect our website, games and players against fraud, cheating and misuse
- meet our legal obligations
5. Advertising and third-party services
Our games are free to download, and some of them show ads. These ads are served by third-party advertising partners, for example Google AdMob. These partners may use your device’s advertising identifier and similar technologies to show ads and measure their performance. Where the law requires it, personalised ads are only shown if you agree.
We also use service providers for hosting, email, analytics and crash reporting. On our website, we may use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand traffic and measure our campaigns. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.
You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalisation at any time in your device’s privacy or ads settings.
6. Legal bases for using information
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:

8. International transfers
Our service providers may store or process information in countries other than Pakistan or your own country. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected in line with this policy.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Contact messages are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are kept while a suitable role may open. Technical and analytics data is kept according to our providers’ retention settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or limit how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- ask for your information in a portable format
To make a request, email info@techousegames.online. For game data, please include the game name and your device model so we can find your information. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
12. Children's privacy
Our website and games are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as Google Play and the App Store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we encourage you to read their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on our website or in our games.
